Mythbuntu 8.10 Alpha 4

The long awaited Mythbuntu 8.10 Alpha 4 has finally arrived. There has been many issues outside the control of the development team causing delays on the Alpha releases. However, the development team would appreciate bug reports from users using the software. If you are able to test the software, head on over to the Mythbuntu site and grab a copy of Alpha 4.

Mythbuntu 8.10 is based on Ubuntu 8.10 code named Intrepid Ibex. Several new features are included in this release, a few of which include:

Mythbuntu Apple Trailers:
* A revision of a previous plugin that has been upgrade and is now maintained by Fox Media Systems in conjunction with the Mythbuntu team. The plugin processes RSS feed data from Apple.com Movies to provide HD Movie trailers inside Mythbuntu.

Mythbuntu Log Grabber(Not yet released in Alpha 4):
* A simple diagnostic tool to gather pertinent logs and generic data about Mythbuntu systems to aid the developers is diagnosing troubles with end-user systems. This application is brand new to the Mythbuntu family and was Co-Authored by Fox Media Systems.
